There are two types of carb, bad carbs (from processed foods) and good carbs (whole grains and vegetables). Bad carbs contributes to diabetes, heart problems and cancer. Good carbs helps you los weight. However, just like what myth #4 carbohydrates makes you fat. I believe that is true. Even if you eat too much good carb and not doing much exercise to burn them off, your energy will be stored as fat.
