I love mustard. I normally use it as flavoring to my baked chicken breast because I avoid salts as it makes the body bloat. I also use a little pepper sometimes, but not that much. Regarding gingko biloba, I have not heard of that yet but it's good to know that it can improve our memory but it's weird that women don't seem to respond to it pretty well.
