I suggest you engage in other activities like swimming. Get enough exercise and divert your attention on more important stuff like your health. Most smokers get addicted to cigarette because of the comfort and relaxation they get from it. So you rest well, you can do yoga, go to the gym, or go out with your friends. Anything that will make you look the other way
