I was a smoker before and I didn't quit right away because my friend got sick when she instantly stopped smoking. I should say that the best way is not to pressure yourself too much. Withdraw but take it easy. I used to finish 1 pack in 1 day and now I am free. It actually makes me feel better, but of course the process was not easy because I had to eat lots candies and drink a lot of coffee too every time I crave for a smoke. I was really able to stop in 5 months. It was a long process but I'm proud that I did overcome it.
