Well the doc is starting me on metforman 500 er so not sure if that is going to help me get over the stand still or not. And I will try all of ya'lls advice. I went out and brought a 24 oz glass so if I can try and drink about 4 to 5 bottles a day then I would be looking at between 96 to 120 oz a day so that is my new goal. Thank everyone for there help and support.
