What nice things you folks have said! The same "back atcha!" Thank you!

As to feeling sick, I've heard folks say when they eat something they know is bad for them, they have the same reaction. I think the body is telling us, in it's non-verbal way (translate) "See? I TOLD you this stuff is bad for us!! No more. OK?" and is asking us NOT to do it again!

I do my very best to not cheat, because it would make me (1) feel guilty, (2) put me on the "slippery slope" and (3) set me back weeks should I gain. Those pounds were stubborn to lose so I want to hang on to each loss like a mother lion guarding her cubs.

But none of us is perfect, so when I let myself down a little, I just forgive myself and promise myself to be strong. You have done that...great job!
