I'm going to stick to meat and veggies for the induction phase. I do plan on staying on induction until I lose 50% of what I need to llose. I am a person who can eat whatever is around for breakfast doesn't have to be beakfast food. This morning I'll have a couple eggs and some hamburg left over from yesterday. I'll also put out some radishs and cauliflower to get some carbs. I like this WOE I feel much better.
