Lunch was leftover ham steak and Kugel (cauliflower/cheese casserole) and Kroger Carbmaster "Dairy Cultured Product". I hate yogurt...I LOVE this!

It's dinner, so I made a really huge veggie salad with iceberg, cauliflower, bell pepper, tomato, scallions, carrot, celery, and I am sure something else I have forgotten! Sauteed a 2 ounce chicken tender in Montreal spice, and topped the salad. Toasted one little slice of LC bread I made, with Deli Deluxe cheese and a slice of shaved ham and ate well!

Glass of Merlot topped it off! Ain't life grand???? Still 132 but who cares? There is always tomorrow....what is important is learning to deal with food.
