I had 10 re-heated hot wings from a local sports bar.
They are not breaded and the hot sauce is 2 parts franks red hot 1 part butter. (0 carbs) So all in all they are zero carbs. I put them on a sheet pan in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 then finished them for 1 minute in the microwave. It got the perfectly crispy and nice and hot. Of course they are best straight from the bar but i buy them in groups of 40 that last me over a weeks time.
i also had a salad of baby butter lettuce with the balsamic spray dressing.
A very great lunch if i do say so myself.
