While Ms. Bluehex contemplates this, I'll go next. I have no secrets...(well, none I will ADMIT to!)

Started January - 165 at 5'3", age 65. I am actually large boned according to the doctor, so my goal weight, she said, should be at the high end of the desirable scale.

Today - 132.2

Pants went from about 14-16's to 8-10's. I have lost inches all over...friends, be SURE and measure and track the changes...it is SO motivational!

Goal 125...I am eating in pre-maintenance and stalled at 132-133 forever! It's my lifelong "pound barrier." Do I care? Not much...I WILL get to 125, but in the meantime I am LOVING the plan! Let's say by May next year, my 66th birthday, I will be in 6-8's depending on the cut, and 125?

Oh, and my cardiologist LOVES my lipid panel results...she highly endorses what I am doing!!

Join in, friends...maybe some "lurkers" will want to join the folks with a success story to tell!
