started september 3 at 295.

today i am 212.

Here i am 295. This was in July when I went to the beach with my wife and her famlily. I didnt start dieting til September 3rd.

This is Sunday November 22. I was 214 then. This was going to be our christmas card photo had it not turned out so blurry.
