i think there are fiber chewables that taste fruity and they are 2 grams of carbs per tablet. And i think you take them twice a day. I used those and they worked well. Also maybe 4 or 5 liters of water would help if you can force it down. Then of course eating green veggies does wonders also. And just a little thing that i noticed. If you take breakfast sausage (uncooked) and cook it on the skillet it becomes very greasy (like all sausage) but when you ate 4 or 5 links (1 or 2 grams of carbs) after 12 hours or so the grease from the sausage cuts through whatever you have blocked up and makes things much easier to pass. Sounds gross but all these things have worked for me and kept me as regular as you can be on this diet. Hope that helped. Matt
