Flax...nature's wonderful fiber supplement you can have so many ways!

I don't like flax seeds, but ground flax (flax meal) makes the BEST crackers. They can be zero carbs, because the fiber and carbs net to zero.

There are recipes here for flax crackers, MIM (Muffin in a Minute or One-Minute Muffins) and other flax delights. I like the flax crackers because they take a couple of minutes to whip up and nuke and you can jazz them up with spices and get that "cruncy, savory" taste you might miss on Atkins.

I, too, have had a chronic problem since childhood, but it is actually BETTER on Atkins because of the water, the fiber in the veggies and the flax! (If I forget the above and slack off for a few days, however, it's B-A-C-K!)

Don't depend on laxatives, but by all means do whatever is necessary to get things moving again. You will feel so much better. And be a pound or so lighter too!

Good luck! You WILL lose those 20 pounds!!
