hey desertrose...yes, hunger is one of those things that can hit hard, then go away...but in the meantime, add lots more fat to your eating until the hunger goes (and it will, can't remember how long it took for me...maybe have a look at my thread). i was absolutley starving, and got on the forums for help - the answer was always the same: eat lots more fat for a while. so add cream cheese to your veggies, lots of butter, mayo etc. it will go. trust me

also - ditto on the flax...a Godsend, really! but do drink some more water with it and yes, take a laxative (try a stool-softener laxative mix if you can find one) every now and then (NOT everyday) if you need it. no need to suffer, my girl!
