Okay. I'm just trying to get this all sorted in my mind. Obviously I would love to keep losing weight while on holidays but I would be more than happy to just not gain any weight for that week and then go right back to it when I get back.

So, say during the holidays, I would want to cheat by having some fruit in the morning or having a coctail in the evening. Would it be better to stick with the high fat & high protein and have those very limited cheats during the week or would it be better to just focus on limiting calories??

You input and help is VERY MUCH appreciated.
