Plan, plan, plan...make lots of LC goodies to have to replace some regular stuff. Like faux mashed potatoes (cauliflower based), several LC veggies (skip corn and yams, go for the green beans, broccoli), have that turkey with all the crisp skin, make a cheese/celery/olives snack tray, experiment with a low-carb pumpkin pie (faux graham cracker/almond meal crust), etc. Enjoy some Splenda sweetened whipped cream on that pie! OR, a LC cheesecake or LC coconut creme pie. I have done them ALL and did NOT miss the old menu.

Recipes abound on the Internet, so be adventurous!! Pig out, but low-carb!
