OOOhhhhh.....OK, maybe thats it. I am consuming a lot of calories but I always thought that was cool, so long as your carbs (and insulin) were under control. That is, if you wanna eat 20 steaks and 40 eggs, knock yourself out, LOL. (i'm not)

Hmm....maybe as i have gotten older my metabolism slowed down and now i need to eat LESS than before to have the same result.

I have lost about 5 lbs in about 10 days. Slow and steady, I guess. I just remember the good old days where i melted away the first month. Now, it feels like its payback and I have to REALLY work for each and every pound. I do feel better, and I guess thats the most important thing.
