good news! Down to 316 today!!! thats a loss of 34#'s total, today is also 10 weeks exactly since i've started my mission-for those playing along at home, that's 3.4#'s a week-also my stx changed twice today, joined a new gym today, it's my bro's birthday today, and since he's on the other side of the country, no need to worry about another birthday binge! :P
