GREAT!!! Patience is SO hard to come by, but IF you are eating on your plan and not cheating, and getting in some exercise the weight WILL come off! It is very hard, tho, not to get that "reward" of a nice loss on the scale.

"The scale is fickle, but the tape measure is your friend." Be SURE to measure and write down the vital stats...it is quite motivating to see those inches come off, even when the scale is a rat-fink!!

Good luck to you! You might start your own thread over on the Progress board if you haven't already (going over there now) as more people stop there.
