Happy ten-week birthday!
You're doing terrific! 3.4 pounds a week is phenomonal!
I found that joining a gym helped a lot!
It gave me a place to exercise when the weather is too hot, cold or rainy; the machines helped me build muscle; the staff was very encouraging too. (Plus the added muscle boosted my metabolism and helped me burn more calories even when I'm not exercising.)
