What's in your green smoothie?!?
depends on the day. I try to vary my veggies so its not the same thing every day.
Since I've been doing it about a month, I've used kale, spinach, chard,mache, and dandelion greens so far.
flavoring - garlic, ginger, cilantro, basil, mixed berries, cranberry.
I sometimes throw the protein powder in the smoothie too.
