I made up my own rating...zero (0) for doing NOTHING or totally bombing on the goal. Fractions of points, up to one, for effort. One point for fully achieving goal, and add a fraction to it if you TRULY over-achieved! No negative points here. Maximum for me: 4 points
Today I took the stairs at every opportunity at work. (Add fraction for extra effort!) Then when I got home I walked a mile. Count it as (+1.1)
Water - drank a lot but not 60 oz....close, but no cigar I'll give myself half credit (+.5)
Veggies...OK but just shy of success! I had one large, one small salad and one serving of veggies (+.75).
Wine - negatory - but yesterday I had NO WINE!! Today I had two...ain't rationalizing grand? [Judge ruled: Sorry, Toni - doesn't work that way.] OK, (0)
Out of a totally made-up rating system of 4 points, I only gave myself 2.35. I CAN MAKE 4! Just not today, I guess!
