Tril, thanks for the info on the Mussels. I usually don't prepare them fresh myself or I would have probably seen this cleaning process before.

And would have more than likely spelled Mussels correctly in my original post. :wink:

I may have eaten it before by accident but it couldn't be any worse for you than eating the shell on a shrimp.
