Thank you, Tracy for that shot in the arm!
I got through Sunday and most of Monday and then a craving knocked me over and I had a danish. Darn. Today I'm back on track and planning better. I am determined to make this work!!!
Would the broccoli soup come out good with water instead of stock? I don't mix meat with dairy.
Also, what on earth are parmesan crackers? Can I just take any ol' high fat yellow cheese and do this?
