don't use that soup-stuff - it's got sugary additives i'm sure!

look for a campbells-type veg stock - or make your own (recipes abound online for sure)

um, how much cream per 500 gram bag of brocc (or whatever other veg you use...) - wellll i just sort of dump it in - but probably around 100 mls - this makes around 5 servings at 5 grams each (ish) -w ith 4 of those from veg (that's net carbs)

that's broccoli; it's less nc's with cauli- and more with onion, but you can do the math with whatever you're making.

oh, yeah, it's sooo good to have those soups on hand!

the parmesan crackers are just melted, then hardened cheese. parmesan works well - it melts more neatly...but you could use any cheese (not mozzarella) - and i often mix it with flax meal and a bit of water to make them fibre-y so:

1 tbsp flax meal (can be found in your health food store or grocery, or you can buy linseeds and crush them in a coffee grinder)

1 tbsp water
parmesan to taste (the grated stuff - not the dried powder stuff - although that might work fine - never tried it!)

mix it up, spread little blobs of it dime thin (makes around 4) on some greaseproof paper...microwave for 1 minute.

crackers! yummy dipped in soup!

but drink lots of water - flax needs LOTS to be a good bowel-friend

have fun!
