hey hachi...
i'd have a look at what you're eating - are you getting
at least
1400 cals a day? try inputting on to facebook, or even just adding a few tbsp of mayo to your veggies to add some fat in.
honestly, you may not be losing much because you aren't eating enough
- like - the berries a bit of cream is SO not enough for breakfast!!!!
