i'm with spirit in advising to just do the induction...it is quite structured, and 175 isn't too high a start weight (although i know it feels that way to you!!!
)
also you lost 9.5 pounds last time, so you aren't resistant....
but anyway, if you're doing the fat fast...jsut do it for a few weeks eh? induction alone will squash those cravings, so i imagine the fat fast will squash them and drive them out the door! one of the main parts of atkins is learning what foods you can eat, to maintain your weight and keep cravings away...
also you do need that fibre and those nutrients that are in veggies....
i'm sticking at 20-25 net carbs a day, and i'm at 170, so we are in a similar boat - and we're all here for you, fat-fast or no fat-fast
