Low carb always improves my mood... my outlook.... my "joy level". I also read recently that most acid reflux issues are a result of chronic dehyration. So drinking more water may help that. Certainly worth a try.
I drink tons. I'm sure that my reflux has to do with SUGAR and/or flour.
Usually when I go off sugar and white flour it stops. But, I ate alot of mayo at dinner and it's really doing a job on me now....
