waaaah - i don't think i'm going to make it to 168 this month! i am hovering at 173,. which is my own fault for giving in to those satanic atkins bars on a week long "binge" - i call it a binge because i thought about them in my freezer, and had one (or 2 ) EVERY day last week (and into this week too). thank goodness they're gone! and cravings are gone too!

am back to being "clean", and tracking on fitday today and for a few days to get myself back on track, but i'm thinking that next month will be better for me

anyway, in other news, i have lost some size off my thighs! and my hips - more off my hips - from last months. i'd measured the other day and thought it wsa the same, but when i looked in my fitday journal i saw that no, i have actually lost 3/4 inch off my hips this last month! well, that's happy!
