Technically... no. It's not on the Induction foods list. You can, however, make the choice to include it in
your
diet... at your own risk, of course. Count the carbs as part of your extra carbs, you still need to eat 12 to 15 net grams from vegetables. So any soy milk carbs would replace carbs you could have from the 5 to 7 grams you get for cheese, cream, Splenda, ect.
