Hi Everybody - I'm new here - just done 2 weeks induction and lost 10 pounds (another 25 pounds to go)

Am enjoying eating more healthily - find it difficult to get enough water down me cos I hate water but probably do 6 of the 8 glasses needed.

After reading somebody post something on dark chocolate I bought some 85% the day before yesterday and ate a square cut into four bits last night and another today. Each square is 1.9 carbs of which 1.3 is fibre.

I have not cheated at all during the last 2 weeks and have cut out sweeteners from my tea and coffee now so I don't have a sweet tooth any more - it just doesn't appeal.

However the chocolate I do savour but have noticed last night I seemed to get needle cramps in my stomach and intestines area and having had a square after lunch today I am experiencing the same thing. Does anyone else get this - would be good to hear.
