What day are you on now? It's very normal to have a slow second week, especially if you lose a lot in the first week.
Listen to Jodes about calories even if it seems counterintuitive - the baseline targets should be 1500 for a woman and 1800 for a man.
You won't lose faster if you come in under these. If your body starts to think that it's not going to be getting enough energy, it's going to go into conservation mode and scale your metabolism back - you'll start to feel bad and you'll most likely lose LESS than if you were eating more.
On the other extreme, despite the misinformation some people may spread, you also can't eat unlimited amounts of food on Atkins (but if you lost 9 in Induction, that's probably not an issue for you now).
