alright I'm back for the February challenge. I skipped the January one but I feel like this is the perfect motivation push.

Starting wt (Feb. 2nd): 136.0
Feb. Goal wt (Feb. 28th): 132.0

My December goal was a bit farfetched and it was a disappointment to not reach it in time. So, 4 lbs is a good goal for me for now!

For the exercise part, this won't be a problem for me. I am vowing to go to the gym atleast 5 times a week.

For the month

Elliptical: 0/600 mins
Stationary Bike: 0/400 mins
