Still trying to get back to my low from two weeks ago after an out of town trip that included things like Pizza, Pasta, Burgers(yes I had fries with that, but I didn't finish them, do they still count?), Cookies...need I go on?

But getting back on track. This weeks weigh in:

As for exercise, this week I can only claim 30 minutes of ice skating on 1 day.
