I tried taking it once... but I couldn't stand the after-taste. It was like burping up cat food. GAG!

I think it's generally accepted that fish oil supplements are good for you... especially if you don't consume those species of fish. If you choose to supplement, be sure to research them. Know where the oil you're taking comes from... wild vs cultured fish, etc. Know the content (O-3 and O-6 and the ratio). Understand WHY you're taking it. And, like most supplements... more is NOT BETTER. Take the recommended amount and call it good. Too much of a good thing is not good.
