Yes it takes a few days to get into it and you will have cravings but stick it out they go after 3-4 days and you will not be hungry.
Things you should not be having on Induction from your list;
Milk (especially semi skimmed!), Strawberries, cheese, tomatoes, carrots, mayonnaise (unless home made - read the label, it has sugar in it). So good try so far but it's not as simple as you think! It gets easier after induction but if you want to kick start your metabolism you have to do this right. As Tril says, you need the Atkins book or website for your information, if you just try it your own way it is unlikely to work. You would be surprised how many things have carbs in!
If you are eating a lot of fried food be careful what you fry in - what are you using?
