Yes Kim is right it happens to most people and that generally is when they give up - but hang in there, your body is adjusting to a lot of new stuff and in a way is just saying to you "Hey, should we be letting this go?". You just tell your body that you know what you are doing and keep on! It will start to shift again soon. Also, remember how long it took to put ON those pounds? This isn't a miracle diet, only a good one, you have to have patience
