I took your advice about caffeine to heart, eliminated it over the weekend and when I stood on the scale this morning, I'd lost another 2-3 pounds!

That's 11-12 pounds so far for the month of September!

Not only that, I reached my first "mini-goal," now weighing south of 250 lbs.!
