Rosemary... glad they are working for you, BUT they are not acceptable on Atkins. You can choose to eat them, of course. It just needs to be pointed out that anyone trying to follow the principles of Atkins should NOT eat these... at least not until reaching the grain rung on the carb ladder (maintenance).

I found the ingredient list online:

"All cookies include the following ingredients: water, defatted soy flour, whole wheat flour, oats, a proprietary blend of protein powders, stevia, dietary fiber, fiber buds, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, potassium sorbate for mold inhibition.

Cookies may contain one or more of the following: peanuts, peanut butter, raisins, dried cranberries, dried apricots, cocoa powder, Splenda, canola/soybean olive oil, ground cinnamon, red raspberry extract, orange extract, ground ginger, nutmeg, ground cloves."

Net carb count on these cookies (and they really ARE cookies) is 5 to 6 grams EACH... and around 70 calories. Not sure how anyone could be eating 2 to SIX of these and a day and still be losing weight. But then, you never said you were losing... are you?
