Fried or scrambled eggs take no more time than mixing a "b'fast drink" does. I can have two eggs ready to eat in less than 2 minutes. Skip the bacon and just eat 2 eggs.
Blue's quiche suggestion is the best one, though... throw it in a baggie and eat it cold if you need to. This is also a good way to sneak some veggies into b'fast.
Or... eat finger food: cheese cubes, cucumber slices, meat slices, etc. You don't need a big b'fast.. just have SOMETHING.
