I was on, several years ago, and then came off (and regained). Looking back, the coming off completely related to a feeling of "a little here and a little there shouldn't make that much of a difference" until I was pretty much back to where I started.
(it also didn't help that I went to a registered dietician, who swore up and down that I wasn't getting enough carbs and that in order to lose I must increase them)
This time around, I'm starting to get it more. If Induction is done properly, cravings and hunger should go away (and they have for me). But I'm also realizing there is pretty much zero tolerance for cheating.
I'm sure others will chime in, but my feeling is that you're either going "all in" or not. There is no half-way.
