Default I've stopped losing weight. Please re-assure me
I started at 165.

In the first week of doing atkins I lost 5lbs which put me down to 160.

I know most of that was water ... but still ...

2nd week I lost 2lbs which put me down to 158lbs.

3rd week I lost nothing. I seem to be losing and regaining the same lb all the time. I know its still early days but I'm desperate to get down below the 154lb barrier.

Is it normal to lose nothing at all for a week or two?
