Hi

I am concerned I may be in that position this week as well. Weigh in tomorrow as only weigh once a week. Today my monthlies have started and I feel really bloated and my jeans are tight again which is worrying me! I also dont have loads to loose (was 20lb and as at last week had lost 7).
Where do we go from here? Should we be eating on an induction basis still or more OWL. I personally use OWL. Am I eating too much? Yesterday I had 2 bacon & 2 eggs for breakfast, then a good salad for lunch & tea. Usually I have veg for tea, no potato but have had a few carrots. I have not been near anything containing wheat or flour!

Does sometimes your shape just change rather than loose weight as I am sure i have lost some on my bust but want it to come off on tummy & legs!!
