Thanks for the advice bluehex, I know I'm just being incredibly inpatient and unrealistic. I'm going to try and keep away from the scales for a bit because my clothes are feeling a lot looser.

Lizzin, I'm no expert but I've read a few times that sometimes when the scales stay put, you are still losing inches.

Although the scales tell me I'm losing no weight, my jeans are feeling baggy around teh stomach and legs and my husband tells me I'm "definately" losing weight, no matter what the scales say (and he's the type that would tell me if I wasn't!)

I am doing OWL. I never did induction as I didn't have much to lose but I still think about giving it a go sometimes.

When you say you had salad for lunch and dinner, did you have any meat with that? As I say, I'm certainly no expert but I'm concerned you may not getting the fat/protein needed for the diet to work properly.

Perhaps someone with better knowledge may correct me on that one? From what I understand, not eating ENOUGH can cause stalls.
