Wow... 600 calories isn't enough to sustain normal body functions for a day. That sounds really really unhealthy to me. That, combined with what you call a fast is really nothing more than a crash diet, and is not a solution for healthy, long term weightloss. I'm not sure how much you're trying to lose, or how fast you think you need to lose it, bit you'll hurt yourself in the long run if you don't take a slow and steady approach to getting healthy.

If your stomach can't hold large portions of food in one sitting then space 6 to 8 meals a day out to about every three hours and have smaller portions. This has worked really well for me, though some people have trouble finding the time to do it. I have nothing but time for a healthy diet if it means years of improved health and weight stability. No quick fixes here.
