Some people can't have dairy... add the EVOO back in, ditch the cheese/cream. Up your veggie intake. Count your carbs... I know it's a pain, but in the beginning you HAVE to count every fraction of carbohydrate that you eat. Not only so you don't eat too much, but so you eat ENOUGH of the RIGHT (veggie) carbs. I can't tell from what you posted if you're eating correctly... and if I don't know, you can't know. Keep a food journal for the first two weeks. Tally up the carbs so you're sure. Watch the limits... only 3 sugar free selections per day, for example. Only 3 to 4 oz of cheese per day (are you over that?). And those sugar free items DO have carbs... count each non-nutritive sweetener packet as one carb, each diet soda is one, your jelly is one. The sweetener doesn't have carbs in it... but the filler (maltodextrin) they use does!!!

Those are my off the cuff suggestions! Hope it helps.
