What is EVOO?? To be honest if I couldn't have the cream cheese to moisten stuff I would pack it in altogether. I do count my carbs. I have a postitnote on my laptop and add everything up each day. Usually between 14-19 a day. I haven[t just started the diet, I have been doing it since April with a good weight loss the first 6 weeks and have been counting the netcarbs since day 1 Today I have had:

2 scrambled eggs 0.5oz mushrooms

1 stick of celery, 2oz cucumber, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese 2oz prawns a slice of smoked salmon and half a tin of tuna

Tonight I will have a breast quarter of chicken with 6oz cauliflower and 6oz broccoli and possibly 1tablespoon of cream cheese followed by a quarter pint of sugar free jelly and a tablespoon of double cream

I don't use a sugar substitute at all and only have the 2 x sugar free jellies a day, sometimes only one if I am short of time.

I never have more than 2oz cheddar cheese at a time and only once a week max as I did think the number of calories were high

What I don't understand is why , if the first 6 weeks the weight was falling off, that now I am not even when I have reduced the portion size of the meat I am eating. I think my body seems to have got used to the lack of carbs and sugar and is quite happy lol. I did wonder if it was worth a week off the diet to jump start my system again but the worry would be if I put some back on.
