There are limits to how much heavy cream and how much cheese you should eat per day during induction. For a lot of people it can slow them down or stop their loss altogether. My hub for one is sensative to too much heavy cream. We've experemented with a bunch of different things, but one of my favorites is sugar free jello with a smidge of whipped cream on top. If you think you'll have a hard time controlling portions you can either buy the pre made cups, or get a bunch of little reusable plastic containers and divided the boxed kind up before it jells. I've done both.

I also like low carb coffee drinks. We have a cheap little espresso machine and I'll pour a couple of (decaf!) shots over ice with a little cream and sugar free syrup. Cold, creamy, and satisfying. You can get the sugar free syrup all over the place. Do you have a World Market in your town? I usually find a pretty decent selection of flavors there.
