IF you can, learn how to eat when you find yourself challenged.
Since you know rice is AWFUL for you, have an extra veggie instead...regardless of how it is prepared, unless doused in sugar, it has to be better for you.
Ask hubby to take you to places with better choices.
IF you can't say "NO, I will not eat it, regardless..." you will feel guilty quite often. Try to learn new ways to deal with temptation. Develop the desire...that is what willpower is...a desire to say "NO!" It's easy once you get fully committed...who wants to undo the wonderful results you will have.
Resolve....
