Has any one had a stall eating Diet jelly ,every time i have some it seem,s to stop weight lose ,also cheese seems to be doing it as well ,i have cut out hard cheese but still use sour cream ,just wondering or is this just the weight going up and down
start weight 123kgs now down to between 116.5 to 117.2.
